Abstract

|
This report describes the technique for performing laparoscopic assisted right hemicolectomy. Laparoscopy has revolutionized the management of gall stones. The feasibility of performing right hemicolectomy with laparoscopic assistance has been
demonstrated in the two patients in National Medical Center, Seoul. The Procedure appears to be safe and small incisions were required to allow removal of specimen and anastomosis. But longterm success of this procedure is yet to be determined in
future.
